    To place an order, follow these 5 simple steps:

    • Login/Signup to your ValuCart Account.
    • Browse through products in Super Saver Zone or Categories or simply search for the products.
    • Add products of your choice to the cart and checkout.
    • Add the address where you want the delivery and select your favourable payment options.
    • Schedule the bundles/products for delivery on a later date with flexible weekly and monthly scheduling options.
  2. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on ValuCart?

    Yes, having an account in ValuCart gives the customers a personalized experience from recommendations, exclusive products on offers and quicker check-outs. Logged in users will have access to all past orders, will be able to track, schedule /re-schedule orders and benefit from secure payment options.

    You can also create your personalised Bundle with 10,000+ products we have procured for you. Schedule them with a monthly/weekly subscription. You can add items of your choice under a Bundle and customize it later.

  6. Where can I find the Bundles I have created?

    You can find your Bundles under >My Bundles to view all the Bundles you have created.

  7. How can I schedule my bundle?

    To Schedule a bundle:

    • While placing the order, you have “schedule” option, where you can customize the Date, time and delivery address.
  8. How can I Re-schedule my bundle?

    To Re-Schedule there are two ways:

    • To Schedule the current order, go to My Order > Schedule and select the preferable slots and save.
    • Go to My Profile > My Schedule > Re-Schedule to select the preferable slots to continue and save the re-schedule.
  9. How can I add more item to an existing Bundle?

    To add more items to an existing Bundle, go to My Bundles > Edit Bundle, Click on the “Add more products” and save the Bundle.

  10. How to order my already existing Bundle?

    To order a Bundle go to Bundles > Add to Cart to checkout and place an order.

  11. How to add items in the Wishlist?

    To add items in the Wishlist, browse through items you want to save to view or buy later and click on the Love icon placed top right corner to an item. The icon when marked in red, indicates the item getting wish listed.

    You can view your Wish list from My Profile > My Wishlist.

  12. Where does Valucart deliver?

    Your orders would be delivered anywhere in Dubai and Sharjah with a delivery charge of dhs 7.5/- no matter the amount of the order cart.

  13. How long do I wait for groceries to be delivered?

    Your order will be delivered at your doorstep on any available slot you prefer to get whether within the same day or any day after.

    If the customer isn’t available at the particular time, the delivery can be scheduled accordingly.

  14. How can I track my orders?

    To track your order, go to My Orders to see the details of all the orders placed by you.

  15. Are there any filters that I can use to filter the products?

    We provide you 4 main filters to filter your search. They are Brand, Prices, Categories, Community. Under each section you will find numerous filters which you can choose to narrow down your search.

  16. What is Shop by Community?

    ValuCart aims to make their customers who are loyal to their home grown products and would love to have a taste of their ethnicity or try out new flavours stress free and provide the highest quality of products may do so. Valucart introduces “Shop By Community” filter where the customer can save time, add to cart and checkout.

  17. How can I Add/Delete my addresses?

    • To Add new Address,

      Go to My Profile > My Address > Add new Address. You can also select an already added address as default address or office or others for all your future deliveries.

    • To Edit an already added Address,

      Go to My Profile > My Address > Edit Address.

  18. How to pay for my orders?

    You can pay for your orders via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card on Delivery option, or pay through online methods.

  19. How can I exchange products that are incorrectly sent, damaged or expired?

    ValuCart aims to provide their customer with the best and highest quality products. If by any chance the product is incorrectly sent, damaged or expired we would replace the products immediately. No question asked The customer would need to notify us 24 hours after the delivery and Valucart would exchange your products.

  20. How can I use the coupons?

    Customers can apply coupon/promotional codes during checkout to avail more discounts/cash backs. Coupons will be available during checkout under “Promo Code” tab. Please be noted. The coupons/promotional code may differ with different promotions. One Coupon/Promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

  21. Is refund possible on products?

    Refund is possible when the product is damaged or defective or has expired, the customer is given a choice of an exchange of those products or a refund of the price product is returned or the customer have paid for the order by card and an item/ items seems to not be available . then the value will be debited to the same card . and notified by email to the client .
